Pakistani Reporter Claims David Warner Getting Trolled By Indians For PSL Stint. His Reply…

After being invented at the mega auction of the Indian Premier League (IPL), David Warner should appear in Pakistan Super League (PSL) for the first time in his career. Warner has been acquired by Karachi Kings for a record of RS 2.58 making him the most expensive signature in the history of the PSL. He was also appointed captain by the franchise and should make his debut in tournament on Saturday while Karachi Kings would face Multan Sultans. Before his team’s opening match, Warner addressed Karachi’s media, where he faced a clumsy question from a journalist.

The journalist said that many “Indians” had dragged Warner for playing in the PSL because he was not recovered in IPL this year. However, Warner reduced the complaint made by the journalist, saying that he was the first time that he had heard such an assertion.

“This is the first to have heard about it. From my point of view, I want to chat. There is an opportunity to come to PSL. My international calendar has not allowed me to come to PSL because of the schedules. Now I want to compete, Warner told the captain of the Karachi Kings, and I hope that we will be able to win the trophy,” said Warner during the press conference.

Warner entered the draft of the PSL earlier this year after being invented in the mega Indian auction of the Premier League (IPL) in Djeddah last November.

Karachi Kings acquired Warner as the first choice in the Platinum category during the draft of the PSL 10 players, which was held in Hazoori Bagh historic in Lahore.

The experienced SouthPaw has an impressive record in the T20, collecting 12,913 points with its name in 399 games at an average of 37.00 while maintaining an impressive striking rate of 140.23.

Warner retired from international cricket last year.

Karachi Kings Squad for PSL 10: David Warner (C), Abbas Afridi and Adam Milne (All Platinum), James Vince, Hasan Ali, Khushdil Shah (All Diamond), Shan Masood, Muhammad Irfan Khan and Aamir Jamal (All Gold), Arafat Minhas (Brand Ambassador), Tim Seifert, Zahid Mahmood, Litton Das and Mir Hamza (All Money), Fawad Ali and Riazullah (both emerging), Omair Bin Yousuf, Kane Williamson, Mohammad Nabi and Mirza Mamoon (all additional).
