The actor of Bollywood, Taapsee Pannu, with his sister, bought an apartment from Goregaon West, Mumbai, for Rs. 4.33 Core, according to the registration documents of the goods examined by the square sites on the website of the Inspector General of the Registration (IGR) https://igrmaharashtra.gov.in. The transaction was recorded in May 2025.

Strategically located between key shopping centers like Andheri and Disease, Goregaon West offers transparent access via the Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road and the Suburban Railway, which makes it very accessible to professionals and businesses. The region has become an important shopping and residential center, with a dynamic mixture of office spaces, computer parks, co-work environments, retail and shopping centers.
According to IGR property registration documents examined by Square Yards, the property is located in a ready -to -use residential project called Imperial Heights. The apartment purchased includes a carpet area of 1,390 square feet (~ 129 m²) and an area of 155.02 m². (~ 1,669 square feet). It comes with a total of two parking spaces. The transaction has initiated a payment of timbre rights from 21.65 Lakh and registration fees for Rs. 30,000.
According to Square Yards Data Intelligence, a total of 47 transactions amounting to a gross transaction value of RS. 168 Brood have been recorded with IGR in Imperial Heights, between April 2024 and March 2025. Currently, the average price of the ownership of transactions recorded in the project is at Rs. 32,170 by square foot.
Taapsee Pannu is a famous Indian actress known for her hard work through Hindi, Telugou and Tamil cinema. Beginning her modeling career, she went to play with her beginnings in the film Telugu Jhummandi Naadam in 2010, followed by acclaimed roles in Tamil and Hindi films. Pannu is known for his roles in films such as Pink, Mulk, Badla, And Thappad.
