Mumbai’s chakop police recorded a rape case against actor Ajaz Khan following a complaint by an actress who allegedly assaulted that he had sexually assaulted on the pretext of the marriage. The case was filed under articles 64, 64 (2) (M), 69 and 74 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), and surveys are currently underway, according to police officials.
Rape box recorded against Ajaz Khan by an actress
The actress says that Khan promised her a role in her house arrest on the OTT project as well as other projects. She said he had made many promises and made a marriage proposal during the production of the show. According to the woman, Khan used the promise of marriage as a pretext to rape her at his home on March 25. She also reaffirmed the same commitment by accusing her of having beat her once again a few days later.
The actress also allegedly alleged that Khan had told her that her religion authorizes up to four marriages and assured her that he would assume full responsibility. The authorities are currently carrying out an active investigation into the case.
Meanwhile, Mumbai police also filed a complaint against Ajaz Khan, producer Rajkumar Pandey, and others as part of an alleged obscene content presented in the Arrest reality TV show, broadcast on the ULLU application. The FIR was recorded following a complaint by the activist of Bajrang Dal Gautam Ravriya.
An Amboli police station said: “Based on a complaint filed by Gautam Ravriya, Bajrang Dal activist, the police recorded a case against actor Ajaz Khan, producer Rajkumar Pandey from the Arrest web fair and other people of the ULLU application.”
