Indian actor Kartik Aaryan, as well as his parents, Mala Tiwari and Manish Tiwari, bought an office space in Andheri West, Mumbai, for Rs 13 Broats. In accordance with the registration documents of the goods available on the Inspector General of the Registration Inspector (IGR) Maharashtra and examined by the real estate platform Square Yards, the agreement was recorded in September 2025.

Andheri West is one of the main real estate markets in Mumbai, meeting commercial and residential needs. The locality is well connected through road, rail and metro networks, and is also near the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj international airport. Its strategic location near key business centers such as Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Seepz and Lower Parel makes it attractive for the two professionals looking for houses closer to work and businesses looking for practical access to shopping centers.
According to the registration documents for the inspector general of the registration (IGR), examined by Square Yards, the office space is located in signing by Lotus. It has a carpet area rera of 176.98 m². (~ 1,905 square feet) and a built area of 194.67 m². (~ 2,095 square feet). The agreement also includes three parking spaces. The transaction has initiated the payment of stamp duties from 78 Lakh and registration fees for Rs. 30,000.
