Rishabh Pant Poor Show with the bat continued in the Indian Premier League, with Captain of Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) dismissed for a sept-ball at six in their crucial IPL 2025 match against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) on Monday. Pant was rolled out by LSG for Rs 27 crores at the mega auction last year. However, he suffered a disappointing season, scoring only 135 points in 13 games.
Meanwhile, the captain of the SRH Pat Cummins won the draw and chose to play against LSG at the Ekana stadium in Lucknow.
LSG, barely suspended by a thread, is one of the three teams remaining in competition for the last place in the playoffs. Currently on a sequence of three consecutive defeats, Lucknow must win his remaining devices to go to 16 points and hope that the favorable results will take place in the rest of the clashes.
