Dhurandhar crew health update: Authorities confirm chicken contamination behind Leh incident : Bollywood News

Several crew members on the Dhurandhar sets, the highly anticipated Ranveer Singh-Starrer, recently fell ill during the shooting in Leh, which caused immediate medical care. The first reports assumed that poor quality quality or cost reduction measures could have caused the incident, but local authorities have now specified that the case was part of a broader chicken contamination problem through Leh, unrelated to the facilities or foods provided by the production of the film.

A source associated with the project underlined: “This is one of the biggest films in production at the moment. Why would there be a need for cost reduction? Leh is an incredibly difficult terrain. It is a unit of more than 300 people. There was a problem of local contamination that led to this. It is horrible that such ridiculous rumors are floating.”
The initiates also stressed that the safety and well-being of the crew have always been an absolute priority. “The health, hygiene and safety of crews have always been processed as important priorities. Additional precautions and more strict supplier checks are now in place, even if the unit has resumed work,” added the fans that filming continues in controlled conditions.
Dhurandhar is now in his last stage of production, with a few weeks of shooting in Leh. The source confirmed: “We still have a few weeks of shooting here. We are going to wrap and be back in Mumbai in mid-September.”
Directed, co-written and co-produced by Aditya Dhar, the film is supported by producers Jyoti Deshpande, Aditya Dhar and Lokesh Dhar under Jio Studios and B62 Studios.
