Nicky Vicky Bhagnani Films and the content engineer officially announced their next film entitled Operation SindoorInspired by India’s rapid and strategic response to Pahalgam’s fatal terrorist attack. The film is based on the functioning of the Indian armed forces of the same name, which took place on the night of May 6 and 7, targeting nine terrorist bases in Pakistan and the cashmere occupied by Pakistan (Pok) and neutralizing several terrorists.

The title of the operation, “Sindoor”, has a deep meaning. In the Hindu tradition, Sindoor is a sacred symbol of marriage, generally applied by women along the separation of hair or worn as a tilak by warriors preparing for battle. The title highlights the disturbing details of Pahalgam’s attack on April 22, where the terrorists specifically targeted men, some of whom were newly married, on the basis of their religious identity.
The poster for Operation Sindoor Presents a striking image of a soldier woman, facing the spectator, in uniform and by holding a rifle, while it applies Sindoor to her head – symbolizing the fusion of female identity in patriotic duty. In an ardent backdrop and torn by war with tanks, barbed wire and fighter planes, the poster transmits themes of courage, sacrifice and patriotism. The title “Operation Sindoor” is in sight, with the second “O” replaced by a sindoor smear, while the phrase “Bharat Mata Ki Jai” improves patriotic feeling.
The casting for Operation Sindoor has not yet been revealed, but the film will be directed by Uttam Maheshwari.
Nicky and Vicky Bhagnani have already produced Nikita RoyA psychological thriller with Sonakshi Sinha, which is expected to be released in the world on May 30. Directed by Kussh S Sinha, the film immerses mysticism and psychological tension, and also presents Arjun Rampal, Paresh Rawal and Suhail Nayyar.
