Shikhar Dhawan Buys Apartment For Rs 69 Crore In Gurugram’s Super Luxury Housing Project: Report

The jacket player Shikhar Dhawan bought an apartment for Rs 69 Croore in the super luxury housing project of DLF in Gurugram, according to Cre Matrix. The real estate data analysis firm CRE Matrix examined the agreement registered for the sale dated February 4, 2025. Dhawan bought an apartment of 6,040 square feet in the last super luxurious project of the DLF `The Dahlias ” on the Golf Raod course, Gurugram, said the search firm. The value of the property is of Rs 65.61 crosses and the stamp duties are of Rs 3.28 crores, which took total consideration at nearly Rs 69 crore.

In October of last year, the veteran of India Dhawan announced his retirement from all forms of cricket.

Dhawan made its international debut in 2010 in an ODI against Australia in Visakhapatnam and its last match in India was also a 50 -year match against Bangladesh in 2022.

In August of last year, DLF launched a 17 acres “The Dahlias” housing project at the DLF Phase 5 in Gurugram, Haryana comprising 420 apartments and pentals.

This project is the second ultra-luxury offer of DLF after the successful delivery of “The Camellias” in the same place.

DLF expects a total turnover of Rs 35,000 crores of this project.
