Hrithik Roshan will unveil the Hindi trailer for Kantara: Chapter 1 September 22, 2025, at 12:45 p.m. The update was shared by Hombale Films on social networks, as well as a poster featuring the actor.

The announcement has an additional meaning as earlier this year, Hombele Films has officially confirmed a collaboration with Hrithik Roshan. By taking to X, the banner wrote: “They call it the Greek God. He has governed hearts, broken limits and we see the phenomenon that he is really! We are proud to welcome @ihrithik to the @hombalefilms family for a collaboration, years in creation.
The next prequel to Kantara (2022) was one of the most anticipated films of the year, the manufacturers keeping the script under the Wraps. Directed by and with Rishab Shetty, Kantara: Chapter 1 is scheduled for a world release on October 2 in Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil, Bengali and English.
The production scale reflects the ambition of films for the rental of the Hombale rental to continue the success of the original. An elaborate war sequence involving more than 500 fighters and 3,000 participants was shot dead on 25 acres of damaged land, taking almost 50 days. The technical team includes the music composer B. Ajaneesh Loknath, the director of photography Arvind Kashyap and the production designer Vinesh Banglan.
