Sonu Sood sells Mahalaxmi apartment for Rs. 8.10 crores, reveal Square Yards : Bollywood News
Actor Sonu SOOD sold his apartment in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai, for Rs. 8.10 Core, according to the registration documents of goods accessible via the Registration Inspector General website (IGR) and examined by the Squareyards.com property portal. The transaction was recorded in August 2025.

Mahalaxmi, one of the most coveted localities in South Mumbai, is known for its mixture of residential, commercial and cultural benchmarks. Its strategic location guarantees transparent connectivity to first -rate commercial centers such as Lower Parel, Worli and Nariman Point, making it a favorite residential destination for professionals and entrepreneurs. The region is home to several luxury skyscrapers and emblematic developments, offering panoramic views of the Oman Sea and the historic Hippodrome of Mahalaxmi.
According to the registration documents of the Inspector General of the Registration (IGR), examined by Square Yards, the apartment sold by Sonu Sood is located in Lokhandwala Minerva. It has a 1,247 square feet carpet area. (116 m²) and a built area of 139.07 m². (~ 1,497 square feet). The agreement also includes two parking spaces. The transaction has initiated a payment of stamp duties from RS. 48.60 Lakh and registration fees for RS. 30,000. Analysis by Square Yards of IGR goods registration documents suggests that SOOD bought the property in 2012 for Rs. 5.16 BROWER.
Sonu Sood began his acting in 1999 with Tamil films Kallazhagar And Nenjini. He made his debut in Hindi in 2002 with Shaheed-e-Azamrepresenting the emblematic fighter of freedom Bhagat Singh. Over the years, he has taken importance with successful films such as Dabanggg (2010) and Simmba (2018). Beyond Bollywood, Sood has built a strong presence in the cinema in southern India, working in the Telugu, Tamoul and Kannada industries.
