Ramkumar Ramanathan-Saketh Myneni Enter Quarterfinals Of Bengaluru Open

Ramkumar Ramanathan and Saketh Myneni entered the quarter -finals of the Bengaluru Open with a right victory on the Italian pair of Jacopo Berrettini and Enrico Dalla Valle in Bengaluru on Wednesday. The Duo of India, which is the defending champions here, won 6-3, 7-6 (4) in an hour and 14 minutes. Ramkumar and Myneni stormed a 4-1 lead in the first set after having broken the service in the fourth game. They finished the opening in less than 30 minutes, but faced a strong resistance in the second, while Berrettini and Dalla Valle broke the favorites in the sixth match.
The Indians, however, broke immediately before taking the breakdown of subsequent equality to seal the match.
Ramkumar and Myneni will then face Hynek Barton and Eric Vanshelboim, who passed Johannes Ingildsen and Ivan Liutarevich 6-3, 1-6, 13-11.
Earlier, the heads of the Anirudh Chandrasekar in India and Ray Ho of Taiwan recorded a 6-4, 6-4 victory against Sai Karteek Reddy and Khumoyun Sultanov to go to the last eight.
The Jokers Adil Kalyanpur and Karan Singh came from a set to beat the compatriots Nitin Kumar Sinha and Manish Sureshkumar 1-6, 6-2, 10-4.
Adil and Karan will face the second head of Blake Bayldon and Matthew Christopher Romios from Australia in the quarterfinals.
In 16-year-old bonds, Billy Harris progressed in the quarters with a 6-4, 6-3 victory against Marek Gengel de Cnoecchia.
