In a bold decision that could disrupt conventional digital version models, the Bollywood Aamir Khan superstar explores an à la carte payment (PPV) of his next film Sitaare Zameen by On YouTube, about eight weeks after its theatrical beginnings on June 20, 2025. If it was implemented, the film would bypass the traditional OTT platforms and rather offer the public a flexible visualization option without subscription.

The decision to explore the PPV YouTube aligns with Khan’s reputation for innovation and its long -standing commitment to significant cinema with a mass range.
A commercial source informed Bollywood Hungama: “Aamir has always believed in the push of the envelope – not only in the content, but also in the way the films are brought to the public. With Sitaare Zameen byIt explores a model that ensures a wider range without locking viewers in specific OTT subscriptions.
