India opener, Yashasvi Jaiswal, is ready to join and perhaps Captain Goa in the coming season and reports have said that Suryakumar can also make a similar movement. However, the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) has completely rubbed such rumors and said that Suryakumar remains attached to Mumbai. “The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) is aware of the rumors circulating on social networks concerning the alleged decision of Suryakumar Yadav to move the players to Goa instead of playing for Mumbai,” said MCA secretary, Abhay HADRA Hindustan time.

“MCA officials spoke with Surya this morning and can confirm that these rumors are completely baseless and false. Suryakumar Yadav remains committed to Mumbai and is very proud to play for Mumbai. We urge everyone to refrain from spreading the disinformation and supporting our players while they continue to contribute to the Mumbai Cricket Association”, he added.

Jaiswal has decided to shock to Goa de Mumbai for personal reasons, leaving a national power that has laid the foundations for the International Flower Flower career.

Jaiswal wrote Tuesday at the Mumbai Cricket Association, expressing his wish to leave Mumbai for Goa, and the Director Body quickly accepted his request.

Jaiswal’s shock decision will see the 23-year-old on the left for Goa from the 2025-26 season where he could be appointed captain, although it remains to be seen how long he would be able to give the state on the side of the crowded international calendar.

“Yes, it is surprising. He had to think of something to make such a gesture. He asked us to relieve him and we accepted his request,” said a senior MCA official on Wednesday.

Jaiswal played for the last time for Mumbai against Jammu-et-Cachemire in their match of Ranji Trophy Group a League from January 23 to 25 following the strict implementation of the directives of the BCCI according to which all the players of India should play domestic cricket if not in national service.

In this match, Jaiswal had appeared in the 2024-25 Ranji trophy season with the captain of India Rohit Sharma.

The two stars of India failed on their domestic return, Jaiswal marking 4 and 26 while Mumbai lost five counters against Jammu-et-Cachemire for the second time in the history of the tournament.
