While the excitement is built for the long -awaited T20 Mumbai League 2025, the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) announced a star range of icon players, the stars of India Suryakumar Yadav, Shreyas Iyer and Ajinkya Rahane. The T20 Mumbai League, one of the main T20 national tournaments based on the franchise of India, returns after a six -year break with the third edition scheduled at the Mombai stadium in Mumbai from May 26 to June 8. Join the list of icon players is Sarfaraz Khan, Shardul Thakur, Prithvi Shaw, Shivam Dube and Tushar Deshpande. The eight players represented India at the highest level, which highlights the exceptional depth of talents in the Mumbai cricket pipeline.

Each franchise will be authorized to select an icon player as part of his team, adding both the experience and the power of stars to their ranges. The MCA will soon announce the date of the auction.
In its previous editions, the T20 Mumbai League served as a proven platform for emerging talents, offering young cricket players the opportunity to present their skills alongside some of the most established names in the game. The coming season has experienced an overwhelming response with more than 2,800 players’ registrations.
The T20 Mumbai League will include eight franchises: North Mumbai Panthers (Horizon Sports India Private Limited), Arcs Andheri (Arcs Sports & Entertainment Private Limited), Triumph Knights Mumbai North East (Transcon Triumph Knights Limited), Namo Bandra Blasters (PK Sports Fenters Limited), Eagle Stickers (Eagle Infaf. The western suburbs of Mumbai (LLP of the World Star Premier League) as well as two new Sobo Mumbai Falcons teams (Roadway Solutions India Infra Ltd.) and Mumbai South Central Maratha Royals (Royal Edge Sports & Entertainment).
