Ms. Dhoni and Dwayne Bravo remain the best of friends, even though the former versatile Antilles has decided to join the Rivale Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) franchise as a bowling coach before the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025. Dhoni and Bravo have spent many seasons side over the years to play for Chennai Super Kings (CSK). But, while Dhoni is preparing for his return from captain with the Chennai franchise, Bravo will do his best to cancel the threat that the “thala” and his team have against the knights.
While Dhoni spotted Bravo walking towards him during a net session, on the eve of the CSK vs KKR confrontation, he called the antilary in a traitor ”, before their reunion left the fans impressed.

Bravo experienced two relays with CSK in IPL, first from 2011 to 2015, then from 2018 to 2022. He was even the bowling coach of the franchise for the IPL 2023 and 2024 seasons before joining the Knight Riders.
As for CSK, their main skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad was replaced by Ms. Dhoni after a fracture of her elbow excluded her for the rest of the season, the veteran of Guichet-Gardien who takes over the leader.
CSK hopes that Dhoni’s return to the helm will bring them luck while the victorious fivefolds are trying to overcome a series of defeats.
In front of the critical game, in which a loss could cause more problems for CSK, the home team takes some comfort of the impressive show of the strikers in the last match against the Punjab Kings, which they lost by 18 points after being set a rigid target of 219 in Mullanpur.
CSK is now hoping for a change of fortune in Chepauk, which so far has this season has not offered them the advantage he has experienced in the past, which has also forced the long -standing coach Stephen Fleming to express his frustration after a massive loss against Royal Challengers Bengaluru a few days ago.
