Travis Head Refuses Selfie With Fan. Video Sparks Debate On Social Media

Sunrisers Hyderabad Batter Travis Head sparked a huge debate on social networks after refusing to take a selfie with a fan. In a video becoming viral on the internet, a fan approached the head for an image on what seemed to be a supermarket, but the cricket player did not agree with their requests. Despite his refusal, the fans continued to follow him but they could not take this photo. The video resulted in many online discussions with certain users calling the cricket player for his “ attitude ” while some defended it by saying that fans should respect his private life in public spaces.

Earlier, after Sunrisers, Hyderabad (SRH), crashed into their fourth successive defeat with a defeat of seven gates against Gujarat Titans (GT) in IPL 2025, the head coach Daniel Vettori admitted that the team had not done the work of evaluation and respect for the conditions as a prescription for shot.

At the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, the SRH’s ultra-approvisional range of ultra-approvisioning strikers failed to meet expectations and found itself at 152/8 in their 20 Overs. In response, GT, the Champions of IPL 2022, only took 16.4 Overs to continue the total and win by seven counters.

“I think we know that the style will work, but we have to respect the conditions, and we must very well assess and that is probably something that we have not done. In addition, (we must) respect the way the other teams are well bowling, putting a lot of planning in our first three and they could not execute it sometimes,” said Vettori.

He also said that SRH was trying to get a total in the 160-170 range, but fell 20 points. “I think they saw that the counter was really difficult and that the assessment that came back was 160-170 would be a good score, which we planned at the start of the day.

“So we knew that these guys could get started, build a partnership, then we hope to attack the back and we were close enough to the end. We needed 20 additional races to put pressure and obviously Bowl very well. But I think that their understanding (de GT) of what was necessary was perfect,” added Vettori.

SRH, currently at the bottom of the point table, will play its next match against Punjab Kings on April 12. Vettori signed by saying that SRH was very aware of raising their game in the three disciplines.

“We were unable to click in a game. We are looking back last year and our skills were putting in place big scores, then we keep in a way for life with the ball. But we could not gather these big scores thanks to a combination of things.

“The right thing about IPL is that there are fast reversals, there are opportunities to do well and there are individual performances in these games. So I think there is still some confidence in the group of strikers, but it is the collective that must stand up now,” he concluded.
