Bollywood actor, Vicky Kaushal, has renewed his lease for an apartment located in the prestigious locality of Juhu de Mumbai, for a monthly rent from Rs. 17.01 Lakh, according to the registration documents of the goods examined by the square sites on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR). The three -year rental renewal transaction was officially recorded in April 2025.

Juhu, one of the most prestigious and sought after residential areas in Mumbai, is home to several Bollywood celebrities. The locality is known for its picturesque beach, high -end restaurants and proximity to business centers like Andheri and Bandra. It also has excellent connectivity via the Western Express Highway and the Mumbai Metro Network. Bollywood stars such as Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Kartik Aaryan and Shakti Kapoor also have apartments in Juhu, in accordance with the analysis of square yards of IGR properties registration documents.
The rented apartment is located in Raj Mahal, a ready -to -use residential project. According to the registration documents of the goods examined by Square Yards, the apartment extends over an area of carpets of 258.48 m². (~ 2,781.83 square feet). The transaction has initiated a payment of stamp duties from 1.69 Lakh and registration fees for RS. 1000. In addition, the rental contract provides exclusive rights in three parking spaces, as well as a 1.75 -crore warranty.
The analysis of Yards Square reveals that the three -year rental contract today from January 2025 includes a monthly rent from Rs. 17.01 Lakh for the first and second years, which increases to Rs. 17.86 Lakh in the last year.
