The international son of all time Cristiano Ronaldo, Cristiano Dos Santos, made his debut for the national team of Portugal U-15 as they beat Japan 4-1 Tuesday in the first match of the Vlatko International Tournament Markovic. Ronaldo went to Instagram to congratulate his son for having followed his traces. “Congratulations on your first son @Portugal. Very proud of you!” Has Ronaldo on Instagram. As for the match, the first minutes were very competitive, the two teams trying to press their opponents at the top. Clear opportunities were rare, although the danger is sometimes looming in both goals.
However, the score was broken halfway from the first half. With a large pass, Lourenço Fernandes found Rafael Cabral alone and he, head-to-head with the opposing goalkeeper, was not mistaken and fired a shot to do it 1-0. Portugal thus took the lead on the dashboard, with the first clear opportunity they had (20 ‘).
We didn’t have to wait a long time to see another change in the score. Rafael Cabral, in the 22nd minute, once again taken the role of protagonist of the play and in a different movement, he again showed his skills as an attacker. The number 18 received the ball in the penalty area, turned on his opponent and shot the back of the Japanese goal. Another big goal from the Portuguese striker and doubled the advantage in the match.
Until the end of the first half, Japan increased the lines and controlled the rapid attacks on the Portuguese team well. Despite this, André Marques’ objective was not very often threatened, nor with great danger, the most notable decision being a dangerous cross which almost deceived the Portuguese goalkeeper.
In the second half, Japan tried to target the Portuguese objective more often, but the Portuguese goalkeeper did the work. However, it was the Portuguese team that marked. Rafael Cabral fell into the region, the referee granted a penalty and the number 18 converted it, in a really dream afternoon for the young Portuguese international, who thus finished the hat-trick.
With the 3-0 score, Japan accepted defeat without ever stopping to seek the Portuguese goal. Portugal managed and already promoted more beginners in the team, and one of these beginners would even score the fourth Portuguese goal. Henrique Amen, who came in the 72nd minute, scored her first goal in the same minute as her beginnings, a real start of dreams for the young athlete. A blow that crowned an excellent rapid transition from the Joao Santos team and gave the match the contours of a rout.
Until the end of the match, Japan, already in injury, has managed to reduce the deficit via Toa Fujisawa.
