The former current Indian cricket player has taken his love and their gratitude on the Indian armed forces while the Indian-Pakistani border tensions reach new peaks after the Indian forces managed to repel missile attempts and drone attacks on the other side of the border. The vice-captain of India, Shubman Gill, was one of the cricket players who applauded the armed forces for their bravery. “The nation is especially at these moments. Pakistan launched air attacks against Jammu on Thursday as well as several military and jaisalmer stations near the Western border in Rajasthan, but the air defense systems of India managed to thwart their attempts.
Pakistan has tried strikes, involving drones and missiles, sparked power outages and sirens in several areas of Jammu-et-Cachemire.

Friday, the Cricket Control Council in India (BCCI) suspended IPL 2025 with immediate effect, although for a week, due to the border tensions of India-Pakistan.
On Friday, the decision was made by the BCCI after cross -border tensions intensified Thursday evening, leading to Panus breakdowns in Jammu, Udhampur and Pathankot, while air strikes and Pakistan drones resumed the sky.

The attacks seem to be in retaliation for Operation Sindoor by the Indian Armed Forces on terrorist infrastructure in Pakistan, hence the attack on tourists from Pahalgam was planned. The terrorists killed 26 tourists – 25 Indians and a Nepalese citizen – near Pahalgam in Jammu -et -Cachemire.
