Making headlines is nothing new for Salman Khan. The superstar, who is currently making headlines for her ongoing feud with Dabang director Abhinav Kashyap, also kept fans curious for updates on his much-anticipated film Battle of Galwan. And now there is an exciting buzz for her fans.

According to a recent report by Mid-Day, Salman is currently filming a crucial sequence of patriotic songs in Mumbai with over 60 dancers in the background. The number, choreographed by Mudassar Khan, is considered an emotional tribute to the spirit of Indian soldiers.
An industry insider told the publication, “It is not a celebratory number. The mood is patriotic and the song reflects the pride, sacrifice and pain of the soldiers. Salman and the director made it clear that it should be organic to the story.”
The source further added that Mudassar Khan focused more on evoking the emotions of the soldiers rather than choreographed movements. “Filming will continue all week,” the source revealed.
Mudassar and Salman have previously collaborated on hit tracks from Dabang (2010) and Ready (2011), both of which became chart toppers. Given their history, expectations are understandably high for this emotional sequence.
Although the makers are yet to confirm or deny these reports, a confirmed update regarding Battle of Galwan is that Arijit Singh will lend his voice to one of the songs in the film. It is highly likely that the patriotic number being filmed will feature Arijit’s voice.
For the uninitiated, Salman recently addressed his decade-long feud with Arijit Singh during a Big Boss 19 episode. Calling the misunderstanding a “thing of the past”, the actor publicly admitted that Arijit is his “very good friend”, confirming their much-awaited collaboration on Battle of Galwan.
