Pankaj Tripathi buys two apartments in Mumbai worth Rs 10.85 crores: Report : Bollywood News
The actor of Bollywood Pankaj Tripathi, as well as his wife Mridla Tripathi and his daughter Aashi Tripathi, bought two apartments from Mumbai for a cumulative value of RS 10.85 crores, according to the registration documents of the goods examined by Real Estate Marketplace Square.

The documents reveal that Pankaj and his daughter Aashi jointly bought a luxury apartment in the Seabliss building of Andheri West for Rs 9.88 Broats. Divide over a carpet area rera of 188.22 m². (~ 2,026 square feet) with an additional balcony space of 32.14 m². (~ 346 square feet), the apartment has a total area usable of 220.36 square feet. (~ 2,372 square feet). The agreement also includes three parking spaces. According to the files, the family paid Rs 59.89 Lakh in stamp law and 30,000 in registration charges, the transaction recorded in July 2025.
The second property, located in Aashapura’s heritage in Kandivali West, was bought by Pankaj’s wife, Mridula and his daughter Aashi, for Rs 87 Lakh. This unit offers a rera carpet area of 39.48 m². (~ 425 square feet). The transaction, registered in September 2025, involved a payment of rights of 8.35 Lakh of RS and registration fees of RS 30,000.
Currently, the actor lies in his house oriented in the Katha sea on Madh Island, known for its picturesque setting and its village charm on the outskirts of Mumbai.
