Sourav Ganguly Re-Appointed As Chairperson Of ICC Men’s Cricket Committee, VVS Laxman Panel Member

The former captain of India Surav Ganguly was renamed as chairman of the CPI male cricket committee and his longtime national teammate VVS Laxman was also chosen as members of the panel, said the world director of the game on Sunday. Ganguly, who managed the Indian team with distinction for five years from 2000 to 2005, was appointed president of the committee in 2021. Ganguly, 52, had replaced compatriot Anil Kumble, who resigned after spending a maximum of three three -year deadlines.

Besides Ganguly and Laxman, the former Afghan player Hamid Hassan, the Antilles beating the Grand Desmond Haynes, the South Test and the Skipper Odi Temba Bavuma, and the former drummer of England Jonathan Trott were appointed to the committee.

The new CPI female cricket committee includes the former former thorny of New Zealand Catherine Campbell as president of the former Australian player and April Fahey and South Africa Cricket (CSA) Pholetssi Moseki as other members.
