Written and directed by Mehran Amrohi, Chidiya Tell the story of two brothers, Shanu and Bua, growing up in a crazy Chawl Mumbai, with dreams that extend far beyond their environment. When they decided to transform an abandoned dumping ground into a Badminton court, their simple idea gradually unites the neighborhood – a journey marked by misdeeds, hope and small but significant triumphs.

With Vinay Pathak, Amruta Subhash, Inaamulhaq and the children actors Svar Kamble and Ayush Pathak, Chidiya Advertising a world where simple joys mean everything. The music of the film is composed by Shailendra Barve, and it will be distributed by Reliance Entertainment.

Chidiya Had his world premiere at the Zlín International Film Festival, one of the biggest festivals dedicated to children’s films. Since then, he has continued to receive recognition, including prizes for the best film and the best leading director, and has been selected for festivals such as Southern Asia IFF in New York, the Cinekid Screening Club in Amsterdam, among others.
