A completely disoriented super Kings Chennai could only manage a derisory 103 for nine, their lowest total at the Ground Home Ground, while Kolkata Knight Riders distributed a clinical bowling show in their IPL match on Friday. It was the lowest third of CSK in IPL and the lowest by any team of this edition so far. The veteran spinner Sunil Narine (3/13) caught three counters, while Harshit Rana and Varun Chakaravarthy obtained two after CSK was invited to beat. Captain CSK after Ruturaj Gaikwad was excluded from the rest of the IPL due to an injury, Ms. Dhoni could only make one ball before going to 16th row after being released to beat in the new number.
