For Saif Ali Khan, the Marflix Productions jewelry thief – the robbery begins was not only another film – it was an exciting plunge in an electrifying parallel universe. Directed by Kookie Gulati and Robbie Grewal, the next Netflix Action-Heist film has a star cast, notably Jaideep Ahlawat, Nikita Dutta and Kunal Kapoor. Thinking about the Rehan game, Saif shares: “Playing a thief in a robbery film is very interesting because he is someone who defies the system, folding the rules. It’s a bit fascinating to watch, read and represent. He irresistible to represent, and I think, attractive to watch. »»
But it was not only the complexity of Rehan that attracted SAIF – it was the hyper -testine universe of the jewelry thief. A wild cocktail of action at high octane, surreal flair and comic book energy, the film looked more like a fantasy come to life. “You do not get any offers like this every day,” says Saif. “It’s addictive because you live in an alternative universe full of energy. It is a world of red diamonds, a mafia makes pistols, whiskey glasses is launched on the faces of people, people who have expelled windows … Now steal a museum – it’s a film with action but fantastic. Rehan is cool, bigger, and which was made in this neon film which looks like a book of bands. So fun that when I got home, I told myself to come back.
With its mixture of charm, rebellion and heart, Rehan de Saif promises to be a magnetic presence in the jewelry thief. He can live in a world of red diamonds and high issues drama, but basically, he is a man motivated by love, instinct and a taste for freedom.
