Mumbai Indians To Cop Big Blow? 2 Star Players To Miss IPL 2025 Playoffs: Report




The Mumbai Indians could wear a major blow because two of their star players should miss the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 playoffs. The versatile MI, Will Jacks and the ticket office, Ryan Rickelton would have been the players who would be ready to be engaged in international service and who are missing the playoffs, said a report in Espncricinfo. In the event that MI manages to go to the next stage, the team is without the two star players. Jonny Bairstow and Richard Gleeson will replace them for the franchise, said the report. According to the revised calendar, the IPL 2025 qualifiers start on May 27 with the final match that would be played on June 3.

Jacks should miss the last stage of the 2025 IPL due to the England White-Ball series against the Antilles, from May 29. Meanwhile, Rickelton and Corbin Bosch should also miss the playoffs when May 27 asked members of his WTC final at the end of the nation.

The Mumbai Indians, led by Hhelik Pandya, are placed fourth on the point table with 14 points after winning seven of their 12 games.
