CSK ‘Have Reached Patal Lok’: Ex-India Star Loses It After Thrashing By KKR In IPL 2025

The former spinner of the Indian cricket team Murali Kartik believes that the super kings of Chennai reached their lowest point after the defeat against Kolkata Knight Riders on Friday. With five defeats in six matches, CSK is ninth in the competition and their flop show has led to many criticisms from experts and fans. After the humiliating defeat against KKR, Kartik urged the fivefold champions to “dig collectively” and try to reverse the situation. The former star of India also referred to the RCB race in IPL 2024 where they won six games on the trot after a shocking start of their season.
“You can only come from here. You cannot go lower. I have the impression that they have reached Patal Lok (Hell). The way this season has happened, you think it’s now my team and what I can do with it. The more you can dig collectively that we hope we still have a situation. Towel, there is still hope,” he said on Spit.
Friday, a skipper from Chennai Super Kings disappointed blamed his strikers for the heavy defeat against Kolkata Knight Riders and urged them to avoid despair and to focus rather on a better application to stop the slide in the next IPL games.
The CSK was limited to 103 for nine, while KKR chased the target in just 10.1 overs, which gives the five -time champions their greatest defeat in the history of the IPL in terms of remaining bullets.
