In A First Of Its Kind, FMSCI Felicitates Volunteers And Officials

In a first company, the Federation of India Automobile Sports Clubs (FMSCI) honored the volunteers and Chennai officials on Saturday during the annual award ceremony. Speaking here to the annual FMSCI prize prices function, President Arindam Ghosh praised the efforts of volunteers and civil servants for fluid and flawless driving of all events. “Volunteers and civil servants are one of the five connected car pillars of car sports and they deserve all distinctions,” said Ghosh.
“The others are participants, officials, businesses and the media. If the five are appropriately interconnected, car sports are developing giant,” he added.
He also informed the August rally about the substantial improved offer for events that show the growing popularity of car sports in India. “The amounts of the auctions have gone from Lakhs to crores,” informed Ghosh.
Among the officials and volunteers who were honored on the FMSCI Annual Awards 2024 program was Manoj P Dalal (race director), Subash H (Marshal), Gowthaman (Marshal), Dr. Paramesh Kumar (Doctor) and Shrirang Machhe (Relations with competitors). Coimbatore Auto Sports Club won the prize for the best Marshal team.
Diana Pundole was one of the star attractions of the award ceremony. She became the first Indian woman to win a national championship in the history of Indian car sports where Lady’s racing drivers compete on an equal footing with male drivers. She won the national title in the MMSC MMSC FMSCI championship last year in the Saloon Cars class. Karna Kadur emerged champion at the national Indian rally championships for eighty.
FMSCI also honored and congratulated three drivers for their exceptional performance in international motor sport. They are Aishwarya Pissay, Sarthak Chavan and Sanjay Takale.
Ashad Pasha was the star of the national Indian coach championships winning three of the 12 races organized by FMSCI.
Meanwhile, Rivan Dev Preetham, prodigy of Child, 11, continued his good show by winning the title in the National Karting Championship Meco Fmsci on four wheels.
In total, more than 170 champions and drivers drivers through 17 disciplines, on two wheels and four wheels, outside promoters and sponsors, received prices with function.
